Framed in a french, 30ies woodcarved frame
I used to have a Chinese potbelly pig. I got her given to me by my father, who had found her at an abandoned petting zoo.
She was not the friendliest animal I ever had, but we learned to repect each other and lived in relative harmony for many years. I always wanted to paint her portrait, so here she is.
On the wall you will find references to other work I have done and in the attic lives Joris’ pet rat Diva!
The moral of this fable is; be careful what you wish for.
